사상체질분류에 사용되는 인체측정자료의 변수변환 방법

Transformation Methods of Anthropometric Data used in Sasang Constitution Classification

본 논문에서는 체질진단의사가 환자를 대상으로 측정한 인체측정자료를 사용하여 체질을 판별하는 방법을 다루고 있다. 본 연구에서 사용하는 데이터는 8개 한의과대학의 9개 부속한방병원에서 사상체질전문의로부터 체질진단을 받고 최소한 4주 이상 사상체질 처방을 사용한 후 주 증상이 전반적으로 호전되어 체질이 확인된 환자 중에서 12개의 인체측정 항목에서 한 개 이상 결측값이 있는 환자 21명을 제외한 550명의 인체측정치를 대상으로 하고 있다. 인체측정 자료를 이용하여 사상체질의 분류정확도가 높은 변수변환 방법을 찾기 위하여 우선 변수변환을 하지 않은 경우와 그리고 8가지의 통계적인 방법과 1가지의 한의학 이론에 기초한 변수변환 방법을 고려하고 있다.

In this study, when physician make a diagnosis of Sasang constitution of patients, anthropometric data are applied to seek the classification function into Sasang constitution. Data used in the analysis are the anthropometric data of 550 patients who had been treated in nine oriental medical hospital, and our data have no missing value in 12 anthropometric variables. In order to improve the accuracy of classification function into Sasang constitution, we consider nine methods of variable transformation of anthropometric data. And then, eight methods are statistical version and one method is based on oriental medicine.
