디지털 유료 방송시스템 모델의 효율성 및 안전성 분석에 관한 연구

A Study on Efficiency and Security Analysis of the Digital Pay-TV System Models

최근 들어 정보통신 기술의 발달과 함께 디지털 방송 기술이 주목을 받으면서 제공되는 컨텐츠들에 대한 보호의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 여러 가지 디지털 방송 서비스의 활성화를 위해서는 방송 컨텐츠의 보호, 송수신자간의 상호 인증 등 여러 가지 보안 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 정보보안이 이루어지지 않을 경우에는 서비스의 가용성을 침해당하거나 비인가된 사용자에게 기밀 정보가 노출될 수 있으며 경제적인 혹은 다른 정보들의 신뢰도가 감소될 위험이 존재하게 된다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 디지털 컨텐츠를 보호하기 위한 요구사항을 분석하고, 기존의 디지털 방송 시스템의 안전성 및 효율성을 분석한다. 본 논문의 결과는 향후 디지털 방송 시스템에서의 컨텐츠 보호 기술 개발의 초석이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, with the development of information and communication technology, digital pay-TV technology is paid attention. So the protection of the provided contents is becoming more important. However, in order to encourage an active based on digital TV, the contents and information sent and received respectively by the broadcaster and the subscriber must be protected. If the information is not properly secured the service itself will lose its solubility or in worse cases, an unauthorized user may use financial and economic information to severely undermine the credibility of victimized companies. Therefore, in this paper, I analyze the requirements to protect the digital contents, the security and efficiency of the previous digital pay-TV system model. Furthermore, the result of this paper is expected to be a foundation of contents security technology development in digital pay-TV system.
