사상체질판별에 사용되는 문진표의 범주별 오류율 비교연구

Comparative Study on Categorical Error Rate of Check List used in Sasang Constitution Discrimination

본 논문에서는 사상체질진단의사가 환자에게 조사한 문진표를 사용하여 체질을 판별하는 방법을 다루고 있다. 본 연구에서 사용하는 데이터는 9개 한의과대학 부속한방병원에서 사상체질전문의로부터 체질진단을 받고 최소한 4주 이상 사상체질 처방을 사용한 후 주 증상이 전반적으로 호전되어 체질이 확인된 환자 중에서 문진표의 항목에서 한 개 이상 결측값이 있는 환자 21명을 제외한 550명의 데이터를 대상으로 하고 있다. 문진표는 4가지 범주를 가지고 있으며, 문진 데이터를 이용하여 사상체질의 분류정확도를 높이기 위하여 인체측정자료의 변수변환과 반복적 판별분석모형을 사용하여 범주별 오류율을 비교하고 있다.

In this study, when physician make a diagnosis of Sasang constitution of patients, check list are applied to seek the classification function into Sasang constitution. Data used in the analysis are the checking data of 550 patients who had been treated in nine oriental medical hospital, and our data have no missing value in check list. Our check list have four category, and in order to improve the accuracy of classification function into Sasang constitution using check list data, we consider transformation of anthropometric data. And then, we use the discriminant analysis model repeatedly to compare the categorical error rate of check list.
