조건부가치법을 이용한 소양강유역 하수도 개선사업의 비시장 가치 추정

Estimation of the Non-market Value of the Reform Project of the Sewerage in the Upperriver District of Soyang River

본 논문에서는 소양강 상류지역의 하수도 개선 사업으로 인한 생활개선 편익을 추정한다. 이중양분선택법 중 하나인 조건부가치법을 이용하여 지불의사금액을 추정한다. 응답자의 첫 번째 응답이 두 번째 응답에 영향을 강하게 끼치므로 첫 번째 응답만을 이용하여 선형, 로그 프로빗 분석을 통하여 소양강 개선 사업의 비시장적 가치를 추정하였다. 비모수적 방법인 Turbull 방법도 고려되었다. 세 가지 방법에 의한 추정치는 매우 유사함을 알 수 있다.

In this research, we estimate the benefit , improvement of living condition, produced by the reform project of the sewerage in upperriver district of Soyang River. Double bounded dichotomous which is one of contingent valuation methods is used to estimate the Willing To Pay. Since the second responses are shown to be strongly correlated to the first responses by Bivariate probit analysis, which implies the existence of anchor effect between the two responses, we use not only the linear and log univariate probit analysis but also Turbull method with the first responses only. It turns out that the three methods estimates the reasonable total amount of non-market values.
