Nonparametric Test for Ordered Alternatives on Ranked Ordering-Set Samples

In this paper, we suggest nonparametric test statistic for ordered alternatives on ranked ordering-set samples(ROSS) and investigate the asymptotic properties of the proposed test statistic. By the simulation works, we calculate the power of test statistic(P_ROSS ) under the underlying distributions, such as uniform, normal, double exponential, logistic and Cauchy distributions. From the simulation results, we show that our proposed test statistic is more efficient than those in the testing procedures on ranked-set sampling.
