농촌관광 리더십 속성에 따른 기대 리더십 및 운영애로사항에 대한 인지 비교

Perception Differences of Expected Leadership Attributes and Difficulties in Operations with Respect to Green Tourism Leadership Attributes

많은 선행연구들이 농촌관광개발과 농촌관광객 유치의 중요성을 강조해 왔으나, 농촌관광 운영 및 정책에 관련된 리더집단에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서, 본 연구는 공무원, 농촌관광 , 생태관광, 펜션 등의 운영자들로 구성된 한국농촌관광대학 재학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시, 농촌관광 리더십 속성파악과 이에 따른 농촌관광 리더집단의 군집분석을 실시, 군집간 인지차이비교를 실시하였다. 농촌관광 리더십의 속성을 중심으로 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 방향설정 요인 , 상황 통제적 요인 , 비전 및 실행 요인 , 윤리ㆍ도덕적 요인 의 4개 요인으로 분류되었으며, 이를 중심으로 군집 1은 상황통제 중시집단 , 군집 2는 비전 및 상황통제 중시집단 , 군집 3은 윤리·도덕적 측면 중시집단 , 군집 4는 비전 및 방향제시 중시집단 으로 4개의 군집이 도출되었다. 연구 결과, 농촌관광의 기대 리더십 속성으로는 지역주민들의 의견수렴 능력에 관한 요인이 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 운영시의 애로사항으로는 농촌관광 개발을 위한 여러 가지 환경적 지지요인의 가장 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

Previous studies have emphasized the importance of Green Tourism and Green Tourists without taking into consideration the importance of Green Tourism Leadership. This study analyzes various perceptions on expected leadership attributes and operation difficulties that were classified according to specific Green Tourism Leadership attributes. We surveyed Korea Green Tourism School students who work with public servants, tour farm managers, pension managers, Green Tourism managers, and Eco-tourism managers. Green Tourism Leadership attributes were divided into four classifications for factor analysis; direction establishment, situation control, vision and accomplishment, and ethics and morality. The attributes were also classified into four groups for cluster analysis; situation control consideration group, vision and situation consideration group, ethics and morality consideration group, and vision and direction establishment consideration group.Results of the study have revealed that attributes expected as Green Tourism Leadership is ability to collect and converge opinions from local residents. Furthermore, environmental support was found to be most significant difficulty faced during operation of Green tourism.
