남자대학생의 콘돔사용에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors Influencing Condom Use in Male College Students

본 연구는 남자대학생을 대상으로 콘돔사용에 영향을 미치는 변인을 조사함으로써 이에 근거한 콘돔사용 증진과 구체적 간호중재 방안을 마련하고 성병, 낙태, 에이즈 예방교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료 제공을 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 B시의 2개 대학에 재학 중인 남자대학생으로 2015년 3월 1일부터 3월 30일까지 자료수집을 하였고, 최종 156부를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA(사후검증 Scheffe’s test)로 분석하였고, 변수 간 상관관계는 Pearson’s 상관계수, 콘돔사용에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 콘돔사용정도는 69.03±35.11%이었다. 연구대상자의 콘돔사용정도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 데이트횟수, 파트너수 그리고 성태도로 확인되었고, 설명력은 20.6%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 남자대학생의 콘돔사용에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 확인하기 위한 반복연구가 요구되며, 콘돔사용의식을 향상시킬 수 있는 중재가 필요하다.

This study has been attempted in order to provide a basis for promoting condom usage, introducing specific nursing intervention plan, and developing STD (sexually transmitted disease), Abortion, and AIDS prevention education program by examining the factors that influence condom use to target the male college student. The data was collected from male students at 2 colleges in B city between March 1 and 30, 2015 and 156 questionnaires were used for final analysis with SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression were used to analyse the data. The research results showed that the degree of condom use of the subjects appeared to 69.03±35.11. Condom use of the subjects showed significant positive correlation with sexual attitude (r=.263, p<.05) Relevant factors affecting the level of condom use of the subjects were identified number of dating, the number of sex partners, and sexual attitude. Overall explanatory power was 20.6%. In this study, it was able to verify that repeated research is required to determine the various factors affecting the use of condom and that the nursing intervention is needed to improve the use of condom of male college students.
