간호사 극복력 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증

Verification of Validity and Reliability of Resilience Scale for Nurses

본 연구는 한국 간호사를 대상으로 개발된 간호사 극복력 측정도구의 탐색적 요인분석, 대조그룹 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상은 전라북도 소재 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 180명이었으며, 불충분한 자료를 제외하고 총 168부가 자료분석에 이용되었다. 자료수집은 2016년 1월 15일부터 2월 20일까지이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 총 5개 하부요인(철학적 패턴, 전문가적 패턴, 관계적 패턴, 기질적 패턴, 상황적 패턴), 27문항으로 구성된 도구가 도출되었다. 철학적 패턴(7문항)은 개인의 신념과 미래에 대한 긍정적 시각의 정도를 측정하며, 전문가적 패턴(7문항)은 간호사로서 전문가적 입장을 나타내는 역량을 측정한다. 관계적 패턴(5문항)은 친밀하고 신뢰하는 관계에 가치를 두는 정도를 측정하며, 기질적 패턴(4문항)은 간호사 본인 스스로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 자신감, 자기 효능감, 자기 신뢰 등을 측정한다. 마지막으로 상황적 패턴(4문항)은 스트레스 상황을 해석하고 대처하는 능력을 측정한다. 본 연구를 통해 검증된 간호사 극복력 측정도구는 한국 간호사의 특성을 고려하여 개발된 도구이므로 향후 도구를 활용하여 간호사의 극복력에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 파악하여 이를 토대로 간호사 극복력 증진 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하는데 기여할 것으로 생각된다.

This study was carried out to determine verification of the validity and reliability of resilience scale for nurses in Korea through the exploratory factor analysis, contrasted-group validity, and internal consistency reliability. The subjects were 180 hospital nurses in Jeonbuk. 168 questionnaires were used in the analysis except insufficient data. Data collection was from January 15 to February 20, 2016. The results of this study were drawn in five factors (philosophical, professional, relational, dispositional, and situational pattern), and 27 items. Philosophical pattern (7 items) is measured the level of a positive vision for the future and personal beliefs, professional pattern (7 items) measures the competencies representing the professional perspective as a nurse. Relational pattern (5 items) measures the degree to which values related to intimate and trust relationship, dispositional pattern (4 items) measures the confidence, self-efficacy, and self-confidence to solve the problem by myself. Finally situational pattern (4 items) measures the ability to interpret and cope with stress situation. Resilience scale for nurses validated in this study is a tool developed by considering the characteristics of Korea nurses. Therefore, it is thought to contribute to providing a basis for the nurse resilience enhancement program development.
