중소병원 간호사의 감성지능과 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

A Study of the Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Job Stress on the Job Satisfaction for Nurses

본 연구는 중소병원 간호사를 대상으로 감성지능과 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 이들 간의 관계를 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 K도, G도, J도 소재의 3개 중소병원 일반병동에 근무하는 간호사 130명이며, 자료수집은 2015년 12월 2일부터 2016년 1월 15일까지 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t 검정, 일원분산분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 감성지능 정도는 4.83±0.76점이었으며, 하위영역별로 자신의 감성이해 5.31±0.92점, 타인의 감성이해 4.87±0.83점, 감성조절 4.75±0.92점, 감성활용 4.41±1.03점이었고, 직무스트레스는 3.56±0.51점이었으며, 직무만족도는 3.28±0.44점이었다. 감성지능의 하위영역 자신의 감성이해(r=.416, p<.001), 타인의 감성이해(r=.273, p=.002), 감성조절(r=.340, p<.001), 감성활용(r=.409, p<.001)이 직무만족도와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 감성지능의 하위영역 중 자신의 감성이해와 감성활용이며, 이들 변수들의 직무만족도에 대한 설명력은 20.4%로 나타났다. 따라서 직무만족도를 증진시키기 위해서는 감성이해와 감성활용을 중심으로 한 감성지능 증진프로그램을 개발을 제언한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence and job stress on job satisfaction of nurses working in a medium-sized hospital. A convenience sample of 130 nurses was surveyed from December 2th 2015 to January 15th 2016. The data were collected using self-report questionnaire. The data analyzed using the SPSS/Win 18.0 program with descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient, regression analysis. In result, the score of emotional intelligence was 4.83±0.76, the degree of emotional intelligence was order to self emotion appraisal 5.31±0.92, other s emotion appraisal 4.87±0.83, regulation of emotion 4.75±0.92, use of emotion 4.41±1.03. The score of job stress was 3.56±0.51, job satisfaction was 3.28±0.44. Emotion appraisal (r=.416, p<.001), other s emotion appraisal (r=.273, p=.002), regulation of emotion (r=.340, p<.001) and use of emotion (r=.409, p<.001) were significantly positive correlated to job satisfaction. Emotion appraisal and use of emotion explained 20.4% of job satisfaction of nurses. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement program for improving emotion appraisal and use of emotion of nurses.
