의사소통 강화 기본간호술 교육이 간호학생의 지식, 자신감, 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향

Effect of Knowledge, Confidence, and Communication Skill for Fundamental Nursing with Empowering Communication Program

본 연구는 임상 사례 기반으로 의사소통을 강화한 기본간호술 교육을 제공함이 간호학생들의 지식, 자신감, 의사소통능력에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 충남소재 두 개 대학의 간호학과 학생 중 실험군 50명, 대조군 54명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 카이제곱검정, t-검정, ANCOVA와 MANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 실무지식의 경우 입원관리 지식 점수에서는 실험군은 2.78점에서 4.10점, 대조군은 2.52점에서 2.20점이었고(F=61.035, p<.001), 수술 전 간호 지식에서 실험군은 1.86점에서 3.28점, 대조군은 1.91점에서 1.91점이었으며(F=48.845, p<.001), 단순도뇨 지식에서도 실험군은 1.88점에서 3.22점, 대조군은 1.56점에서 2.02점이었다(F=19.088, p<.001). 자신감의 경우 실험군은 4.31점에서 7.49점, 대조군은 4.50점에서 6.12점이었다(F=13.120, p<.001). 의사소통능력의 경우 실험군은 3.50점에서 3.81점, 대조군은 3.47점에서 3.68점이었으며(F=2.067, p=.154) 의사소통능력을 제외한 결과는 모두 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이는 임상 문제 사례를 기반으로 의사소통술을 통합하여 기본간호술을 학습하는 것이 간호학생의 실무지식, 자신감과 의사소통능력을 향상시킨다는 것을 의미한다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate how clinical case-based fundamental nursing with empowering communication program affects knowledge, confidence, and communication skills of nursing students. Experimental group 50 people and control group 54 nursing students were recruited from two universities in Chungnam. Data were analyzed with chi-square test, t-test, ANCOVA and MANOVA using SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Knowledge score of the experimental group had significantly more changes than the score of the control group. Confidence for the experimental group was changed from 4.31 to 7.49. Confidence for the control group was changed from 4.50 to 6.12. (F=13.120, p<.001). Communication skills for the experimental group was changed from 3.50 to 3.81. Communication skills for the control group was changed from 3.47 to 3.68 (F=2.067, p=.154). This means that clinical case-based fundamental nursing with empowering communication program improve knowledge, confidence, and communication skills of nursing students.
