간호학생의 간호 원가인식 및 원가태도가 원가관리행동에 미치는 영향

Influence of Cost Management Perception and Attitude on Cost Management Behavior among Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호학생을 대상으로 간호 원가인식 및 원가태도가 원가관리행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 서울, 경기, 강원 지역 소재의 3개 간호대학에 재학중인 2학년, 3학년, 4학년 간호학생 157명을 대상으로 하였다. 분석 결과 원가인식, 원가태도, 원가관리행동 간에는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 원가인식과 원가태도가 원가관리행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는 원가태도가 원가관리행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 간호학생의 간호관리학 이론 교육과 간호관리학실습 에서의 원가관리 역량 강화 교육 프로그램을 개발함에 있어 원가태도 향상을 통한 원가관리행동 증진을 교육의 목표와 방향으로 수립하고, 이를 달성하기 위한 실제적인 교육 프로그램으로서 성과기반 교육 학습 방법을 도입하여 간호학생을 위한 원가관리 교육 프로그램을 개발할 것을 제안한다. 이를 위해 원가관리 아이디어 공모전, 게임 시뮬레이션을 도입한 간호물품관리 전략 개발, 간호 원가절감 solution 발표회 등 본 연구에서 제안한 방안을 간호학생을 위한 성과중심의 원가관리 역량 강화 교육 프로그램 개발의 근거자료로 활용할 것을 제안한다.

This study was performed to evaluate how the cost perception and the cost attitude of nursing students affect on cost management behavior. Data was collected from 157 students at three nursing colleges province through self-evaluation questionnaires. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis using a computed statistical package program. Cost management behavior was positively correlated with cost perception and cost attitude. Cost attitude was revealed as the variable having effect on cost management behavior. Positive cost attitude can induce desirable coat management behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to develop effective and systematic cost education program for nursing students. Our result will be useful to develop cost education program of nursing students, and can be serve basement for developing cost management competencies of clinical nurses, nurse managers and nurse executives.
