유방암 환자의 결혼만족도, 부부친밀감, 배우자지지와 신체증상 및 안녕감

Marital Satisfaction, Marital Intimacy, Spouse Support, Physical Symptom and Wellbeing with Breast Cancer Patient

본 연구는 일차치료가 종료된 유방암 환자들에게 결혼만족도, 부부친밀감, 배우자지지와 신체증상 및 안녕감을 파악하고 이들의 관계를 분석하여 유방암 환자들에게 삶의 질 개선을 위한 간호중재 개발을 위한 기초자료가 되고자 시도되었다. 자료수집은 2015.12월부터 2016년 2월까지 서울 소재 C대학 병원 유방암 클리닉에서 연구 참여에 동의한 105명의 환자들을 대상으로 조사한 서술적 연구이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS program을 활용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Perason 상관계수(correlation coefficients)로 분석하였다. 분석결과 결혼만족도는 중등도의 결혼문제를 가지고 있으며, 연령이 증가함에 따라 더 낮아짐을 보였다. 부부친밀감은 종교, 월평균수입, 결혼기간 등에 따라 차이를 보였다. 배우자의 지지 또한 월평균 수입과 결혼기간에 따른 차이를 보였다. 부부관계를 나타내 주는 변수들과 안녕감의 관계는 신체적 안녕감을 제외한 정서적, 영적, 지적, 전반적인 안녕감과 강한 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 유방암 환자들을 위한 부부관계 개선을 위한 체계적인 간호중재가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

The study was aimed to investigate the levels of marital satisfaction, marital intimacy, spouse support, physical symptom and wellbeing among women with breast cancer. As a descriptive study, a total of 105 married women with breast cancer was recruited via convenient sampling from a breast clinic in an university hospital. A structured, self-reported questionnaire was administered to the participants. The data collection period was December to February, 2015-2016. Data were analyzed using SPSS (ver.21) program and frequency, mean, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficients were used. The most participants were housewives in their 50s, and were in high socioeconomic status. The level of marital satisfaction is 35.2, marital intimacy is 20.8, spouse support is 63.0, wellbeing status 32.8 (total 50). The marital satisfaction, marital intimacy, spouse support and wellbeing (emotional, spiritual, intellectual, overall) were correlated significantly.
