메타인지 수준에 따른 학습팀 구성방식이 간호대학생의 팀-구성원 교환관계와 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Team Composition According to Metacognition Levels for Nursing Students

본 연구는 일 대학에서 건강사정 실습교과목을 수강하는 간호학과 2학년을 대상으로 학습자의 메타인지 수준에 따라 학습팀 구성을 두 집단 간에 달리하여 한 학기동안 수업을 진행한 후 간호대학생의 팀-구성원 교환관계와 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계의 유사 실험 연구이다. 메타인지 수준이 다른 학생으로 학습팀을 구성한 A집단 25명과 메타인지 수준이 같은 학생으로 학습팀을 구성한 B집단 25명이 연구에 참여하였으며, 건강사정 실습교과목을 소그룹 학습으로 15주 동안 학습한 후 질문지를 이용하여 팀-구성원 교환관계, 문제해결능력에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 program을 이용하여 카이제곱검정, Fisher s 정확검정, t-검정으로 분석하였으며, 측정도구의 신뢰도는 Cronbach s α값을 산출하였다. 본 연구결과, A집단은 15주 동안의 학습을 마친 후 B집단보다 팀-구성원 교환관계가 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었으나, 두 집단 간에 문제해결능력은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 또한 B집단 간호대학생을 대상으로 학습 전, 후의 문제해결능력에 차이가 있는지 추가분석한 결과, 메타인지 하위수준인 그룹에서 학습 후 문제해결능력이 향상되었다. 본 연구결과, 메타인지 수준을 혼합한 학습팀 구성이 학습자에게 효과가 있는 부분이 확인되었으므로, 추후 소그룹 학습 시 학습팀 구성방식에 본 연구결과가 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of team composition according to metacognition levels on team-member exchange, problem solving ability for nursing students. As a quasi-experimental study applying a non-equivalent control group pre-post design, this study comprised two groups with the participants of 25 nursing students for an A group and 25 nursing students for a B group. Team member exchange and problem solving were measured two times, using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using chi-square, Fisher s exact test and t-test with SPSS/Win 21.0 program. This study showed that the score of team-member exchange for the A group were significantly higher than those of the B. In the final analysis of the results, this scientific results proved through a nursing study could be applied to the educational field to enhance the nursing student s competencies.
