부산시 산복도로 르네상스 마을만들기 사업의 추진주체별 역할 중요도 분석을 통한 지역주민 공동체 육성 방안

The Increase Plan of Local Community Based on Importance- Analysis of Each Promoting Parties Role in Sanbok Road Renaissance Community Making Project in Busan

전국적으로 시행하고 있는 마을만들기 사업(community making projects)들은 지역 주민 주도형의 상향식(bottom-up) 개발 방식을 통하여 공동체가 스스로 육성할 수 있도록 진행되어야 함에도 불구하고, 현재 대부분의 마을만들기 사업들이 물리적 주거 환경개선을 통하여 주민들의 삶의 질을 높이는 것에 한정되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 각 지역마다 마을만들기 사업들의 초기단계부터 사업의 추진주체와 추진체계별 역할이 무엇보다 중요하며, 나아가 지역주민 공동체 육성에도 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 마을만들기 사업의 효율적인 추진을 위하여 부산시 산복도로 르네상스 6차년도 사업이 추진되고 있는 부산진구 가야 1·2동, 개금 1·2동 지역을 선정하고, AHP 분석을 통하여 사업의 추진주체별 역할 중요도를 파악함으로서 성공적인 마을만들기 사업을 위한 지역주민 공동체 육성 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Community making projects that have carried out across the country should have been applied by bottom-up way so that community could develop their capabilities. But, most of the projects are focusing on residential environmental reform and improvement of quality on residents lives. The most important things to solve this problem are the role of each promoting party and the role of each promoting system from the early stage of the project. These roles would be expected to affect the development of local community, as well. In this study, with the example of Gaya 1, 2 dong, and GaeGum 1, 2 dong in Sanbok road renaissance community making project (6th year) in Busan City, we understand the importance of role on each promoting system by AHP (analysis hierarchy process) and suggest the way of encouraging local community for successful community making project.
