주5일 근무제 확대시행에 따른 주말여행 잠재수요에 관한 연구

A Study on the Potential Demand of Weekend Trip by the Five-working System: in Changwon, Masan and Jinhae

주5일 근무제 확대시행에 따라 주말여행 수요는 증가할 것으로 예측된다. 그리고 향후 2011년에는 주5일 근무제가 종사자 수 20인 미만 사업체에서도 시행된다고 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주5일 근무제의 확대시행에 따른 주말여행 잠재수요 변화를 분석하였다. 이 분석을 위해 근무제별로 종사자의 주말여행 선호도를 파악하였고, 월요일을 개인휴무일 혹은 국경일로 가정하였을 때, 주말여행갈 확률을 산출하였다. 그리고 산출된 여행갈 확률을 휴무일수에 대하여 탄력도 분석을 하였다. 그리고 탄력도 분석결과 휴무일이 3일 정도 주어지면 대부분의 여행의사가 결정되는 것으로 판단되었다. 그리고 주5일 근무제도에 종사하는 근로자가 그 외 근무제도의 근로자 보다 주말여행선호도가 15.58%p 높게 조사되었다. 근무제도별 주말여행선호도 차이 분석결과에 따라 경상남도 사업체 기초통계자료를 이용하여, 주말여행 잠재수요를 추정한 결과, 주5일 근무제가 2008년 종사자 20인 이상 사업체로 확대시행되면, 경상남도에서만 약 15만명 정도로 이며, 2011년 이내 약31만명 이상될 것으로 추정된다. 이러한 주말여행 잠재수요는 주말 교통소통 대책 및 관광인프라 구축 등을 위한 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

According to enforce the five-working system expanded weekend demand is expected to increase. The weekend probability be calculated the elasticity on holidays. Elastic analysis given the three days of holidays, explain that most of the weekend trip was determined. And the workers engaged in the five-working system was overestimated by 15.58%p higher than other employees on the weekend. It analyzes the difference in the affinity of weekend by the working system using statistical data based on Gyeongsangnam-do business. and the results are that the potential demand reach about 150,000 people in the 2008, approximately 310,000 people within 2011. Estimated potential demand of the week, weekend traffic and tourism infrastructure will be utilized as an important basis
