사무소 건축물의 공조시스템 리모델링을 위한 CWM의 중요도 분석

The Weight Analysis of Criteria Weighting Method for HVAC Remodeling in Office Building

리모델링은 기존 건축물의 노후화를 억제시키거나, 그 기능적ㆍ사회적 수명을 연장시키며, 건축주의 경제적 요구를 충족시키는 측면에서 중요한 의의를 지니고 있기에 리모델링 시에는 대상물에 부합되는 계획안을 설정하고 최상의 안을 도출하는 의사결정 과정이 필요하다. 또한 공조시스템의 경우 건축물에서 소비되는 에너지량 중 약 절반정도를 차지하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 재실자들의 열적, 음적, 공기적 쾌적성 및 시스템의 경제성, 편리성, 시공성, 사회성 등을 만족시켜야 하기에 이의 평가 시에는 다양한 요소들이 반영되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 다수의 평가기준에 의해 평가할 수 있지만 AHP 기법에 비해 상대적으로 연구자료가 미흡한 CWM을 중심으로 공조시스템 리모델링 시 계획안 평가를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 전문가를 대상으로 한 조사 자료를 바탕으로 평가기준의 중요도 및 평가척도를 산출하고, 이에 대해 일관성 검정과 모형의 적합도를 검정한 결과 모두 타당한 것으로 나타났다.

Remodeling has significance in terms of extending the functional and social life of the aged building as well as satisfying economical demand of user, but the most important purpose in remodeling is decision-making process how establishes a plan that correspond with objects and draw a optimal alternative. HVAC system has a characteristic to satisfy heat, sound and air agreeability and systemic economical efficiency, convenience, construction, etc.. In order to suggest a basic data for alternative evaluation of HVAC system remodeling focused on criteria weighting method that research data is insufficient relatively than analytic hierarchy process, this study producted weights of criteria based on the questionnaire data of professionals and implemented consistency test and model suitability that is appeared as significance.
