온라인 교육 커뮤니티를 통한 교사들의 지식공유 행동 결정 요인에 관한 구조방정식 모형 연구

A Study of Structural Equational Modeling for Teachers’ Knowledge Sharing Behavior in Online Educational Community

본 연구는 온라인 교육 커뮤니티에서 교사들의 지식공유 활동에 영향을 미치는 구조적 요인을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 온라인 교육 커뮤니티에서 교사들의 지식공유 활동을 이해하고 활성화 지원 방안을 제안할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 합리적 행동이론을 기반으로 지식공유 활동과 관련된 행동, 의도, 태도, 주관적 규범 등의 구인들을 설정하고 이들 간의 구조방정식 모형을 설정하여 15가지 가설을 검증하였다. 418명의 교사들이 본 연구에 유의미한 데이터를 제공해 주었으며, 자료는 탐색적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 사용하여 분석되었다. 그 결과 온라인 교육 커뮤니티에서 (a) 교사들이 경험하는 지식공유 행동에 지식공유행동 의도가 직접적 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, (b) 지식공유행동 의도에는 지식공유 태도, 주관적 규범, 정보기술 수준이 직접적 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, (c) 지식공유태도에 자기효능감이 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 (d) 정보기술 수준에는 자기효능감과 소속감이 정적인 영향을 미치며, (e) 주관적 규범에는 사회적 관계와 소속감이 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 검증된 결과를 바탕으로 수정된 모형과 시사점을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore factors that affected teachers’ knowledge sharing activities in online educational community. This study developed a research model, based upon TRA(theory of reasoned action), to analyze the factors affecting attitude, subjective norm, information technology level, and other external constructions to knowledge sharing intention and knowledge sharing behavior in online educational community. 418 survey responses from teachers were collected for analysis. The results of Structural Equation Modeling revealed causal relationship among factors as follows: (a) There was a statistically meaningful direct causal relationship from “knowledge sharing intention” to “knowledge sharing behavior”. (b) There was a statistically meaningful direct causal relationship from “knowledge sharing attitude”, “information technology level”, and “subjective norm” to “knowledge sharing intention”. (c) There was a statistically meaningful direct causal relationship from “self efficiency” to “knowledge sharing attitude”. (d) There was a statistically meaningful direct causal relationship from “self efficiency” and “social connectedness” to “information technology level”. (e) There was a statistically meaningful direct causal relationship from “social relation” and “social connectedness” to “subjective norm”.
