마리나의 물리적 환경이 이용자들의 만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

Effect of Marina’s Physical Environment to Users Satisfaction and Revisit Intention

본 연구는 마리나의 물리적 환경이 이용자들의 만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 마리나를 이용하고 있는 이용객 400명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 분석은 373명에 대한 자료를 바탕으로 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 신뢰성 및 타당성 검사를 각각 실시하였다. 그리고 Amos를 이용, 구조방정식을 통한 인과분석을 실시하였으며, 적합도 분석 결과 모형의 적합도에는 문제가 없었다. 분석 결과 ① 마리나의 물리적환경의 속성 중기본시설, 서비스, 편의시설이 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 기본시설의 영향이 가장 컸다. ② 물리적 환경의 속성 중 서비스만이 재방문의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. ③ 마지막으로 이용자들의 만족은 재방문의도에 유의한 양의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study has the purpose of finding out the effect of Marina’s physical environment to user satisfaction and revisit intention. 400 users of Marina were surveyed, and as for analyzation, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was carried out on the basis of 373 people’s data, thus conducting reliability and validity tests respectively. Also, causal analysis was performed through structural equation using Amos. In consequence, ① there was a significant relationship to satisfaction in the physical environment properties of Marina except for education and culture. ② Only service among physical environment properties has a significant relationship to the ratio of revisitation. ③ Finally, user satisfaction and intention to revisit are shown to have a significant positive effect.
