여대생의 생식건강행위 관련요인

Affecting Factors on Reproductive Health Behavior of Female College Students

본 연구는 부산, 경남지역 여대생 348명을 대상으로 생식건강과 관련한 특성과 지식 및 건강 행위를 살펴보고, 생식건강행위에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 14.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계와 로지스틱 회귀분석(logistic regression analysis)으로 통계 분석하였다. 본 연구대상의 성경험률은 15.2%였으며, 이들 중 임신경험 대상자는 11.3%, 인공유산경험 대상자 11.3%, 피임실천율은 45.3%이었다. 전반적 건강상태와 더불어 호르몬 불균형을 초래해 생식건강에 위해를 주는 행위로 흡연 7.2%, 음주 77.9%, 급격한 체중감량이 3.7%로 나타났으며, 생식건강증진행위로 규칙적 식습관 45.1%, 규칙적인 운동 11.8%, 유방암 자가검진율은 29.3%였으며, 자궁암 검진률은 4.6%에 불과했다. 생식건강행위의 관련요인 분석에서는 흡연에 생식건강지식, 임신경험, 성경험이, 음주는 인공유산에 대한 태도와 성교육경험, 규칙적인 식사실천은 생식건강지식, 유방암 자가검진은 생식건강지식, 자궁암 검진은 나이와 성경험이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.005).

This study was to investigate the health behavior, knowledge, characteristic related to reproductive health of female college student and affecting factors on health behavior. The sample of 348 female college students were collected by a self-administered questionnaire. The rate of person who had experienced sexual intercourse was 15.2%. 11.3% of them had an unwanted pregnancy and induced abortion. The mean score of knowledge was low as 69.58±13.81. The result of logistic regression analysis shows that a significant factors affected reproductive health behavior were an reproductive health knowledge, unwanted pregnancy, sex education on elementary school, attitude to induced abortion, age and experience of sexual intercourse. Therefore, this result suggest that the comprehensive reproductive health program should be developed and serviced on their demands.
