균형조절치료가 파지력의 증가 및 지속성에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

A Study on the Effects of Pinch Strength Increase and Persistence after Balance Control Therapy

본 연구의 목적은 균형조절치료가 파지력 증가 및 지속성에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자들은 오링테스트에서 파지력의 감소를 나타낸 24명의 대학생들이었으며, 이들을 실험군(n=24)으로 선정하였다. 모든 대상자들에게 1회의 균형조절치료를 실시하였다. 그리고 치료 전, 치료 직후, 치료 1주일 후에 변화된 오링테스트의 결과를 과학적으로 검증하기 위하여 핀치게이지로 파지력(지침집기, 열쇠집기, 세 다리 집기)을 측정하였으며, 반복측정에 의한 일원변량분석(one-way repeated ANOVA)으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 치료 전에 비해 실험군의 지침집기(우측: F=22.381, p=.000, 좌측: F=28.243, p=.000), 열쇠집기(우측: F=12.316, p=.000, 좌측: F=20.403, p=.000), 세 다리 집기(우측: F=20.749, p=.000, 좌측: F=14.711, p=.000) 모두 유의하게 증가하였다. 또한 사후 검증 결과, 치료 직후와 치료 1주일 후 사이의 측정에서도 유의한 차이를 나타내어 치료 효과의 지속성을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 오링테스트의 진단결과에 따라 실시된 균형조절치료는 파지력에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of balance control therapy on pinch strength and persistence. Twenty-four university students participated in this study. They were showed a decrease in pinch strength from O-ring test. So, the subjects were selected as the experimental group(n=24). All subjects were received a one-time balance control therapy. The pinch strength(tip pinch, key pinch and tripod pinch) was measured with pinch gauge to confirm the result of o-ring test in pre treatment and post treatment as well as after 1 week. Statistical significance was analyzed with one-way repeated ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows; The tip pinch(right: F=22.381, p=.000, left: F=28.243, p=.000), key pinch(right: F=12.316, p=.000, left: F=20.403, p=.000), and tripod pinch(right: F=20.749, p=.000, left: F=14.711, p=.000) were significantly increased in post treatment than pre treatment. The significant difference was showed between post treatment and after 1 week of treatment. These results suggest the persistence of treatment. In conclusion, these results indicate that balanced control therapy with o-ring test is favorable effective in pinch strength.
