여성의 인유두종바이러스(HPV)에 대한 지식, HPV백신접종에 대한 태도 및 수용도

Knowledge about Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and Attitude and Acceptance of HPV Vaccination among Women

본 연구는 10대-60대의 총 474명의 여성을 대상으로 인유두종바이러스에 대한 지식, 인유두종 바이러스 백신접종에 대한 태도와 수용도를 확인하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 일원분산분석과 Scheffe로 분석하였다. 인유두종바이러스 지식점수는 12점 만점에 평균 5.85±1.49점으로 낮게 나타났다. 인유두종바이러스 백신접종에 대한 태도는 자궁경부암과 생식기 사마귀를 함께 예방할 수 있는 백신을 선호하였고, 인유두종바이러스 백신 접종 시기는 첫 성관계 이전이 적절하다고 생각하였다. 성파트너인 여성의 자궁경부암 예방을 위해 남성도 인유두종바이러스 예방접종을 해야 하며, 자비로 인유두종바이러스 예방접종을 할 의향이 있다고 답변했다. 인유두종바이러스 백신접종 수용도에 따른 인유두종바이러스 지식의 차이는 “백신 접종을 하겠다”고 응답한 대상자와 “하지않겠다”고 응답한 군이 “모르겠다”라고 응답한 군보다 지식이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

This study is a descriptive study to examine women’s knowledge about human papilloma virus(HPV) and vaccination attitude and acceptance to HPV. The study subjects are total 474 women in their teens through 60s. Frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and oneway ANOVA were used to analyze the data by means of SPSS 12.0. HPV knowledge score was shown as average 5.85±1.49 score. In terms of the attitude about vaccination for HPV, the subjects preferred vaccine against cervical cancer and genital wart, and as to HPV vaccination time, they preferred to vaccinate before having the first coitus. They answered that men also should vaccinate against HPV for the prevention of their sex partner, women’s cervical cancer, and they are willing to vaccinate against HPV at their own expense. When it comes to a difference in knowledge about HPV according to acceptance to HPV vaccination, those who answered “I will vaccinate” and “I will not vaccinate” have higher knowledge than those who said “I don’t know”.
