간호학생의 창의성, 책임지향성과 자기주도적 학습능력 간의 관계

The Relationship among Creativity, Personal Responsibility Orientation and Self-directed Learning Ability of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호학생의 창의성, 책임지향성과 자기주도적 학습능력 간의 관계를 파악하여 간호학생의 자기주도적 학습능력을 증진시키기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 S시에 소재한 간호대학에 재학 중인 간호학생 648명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 창의성, 책임지향성, 자기주도적 학습능력 도구를 통하여 설문 조사하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Win 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 평균 평점은 창의성 정도는 3.51점, 책임지향성 정도는 3.20점, 자기주도적 학습능력은 3.36점으로 중간 정도로 나타났다. 대상자의 창의성은 책임지향성(r=.445, p<.001)과 자기주도적 학습능력(r=.704, p<.001)과 양(+)의 상관관계가 있으며, 책임지향성은 자기주도적 학습능력(r=.564, p<.001)과 양(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 자기주도적 학습능력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 책임지향성, 창의성, 대인관계 만족도, 연령, 전공 만족도 순이었으며, 전체 설명력은 58.8%이었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 간호교육현장에서 간호학생의 자기주도적 학습능력 향상을 위한 전략 개발의 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

This study aimed to understand how nursing students’ creativity, personal responsibility orientation and self-directed learning ability would be related to each other in order to finally offer references to improve the nursing students’ learning ability. The participants for this study were 648 nursing students in S city in Korea. The samples were analyzed by SPSS Win 21.0 Program. The average scores for creativity, the personal responsibility orientation and the self-directed learning ability respectively, were 3.51 points, 3.20 points and 3.36 points out of 5. The creativity of the research targets has positive relations with the personal responsibility orientation (r=.445, p<.001) and the self-directed learning ability (r=.704, p<.001) and in terms of the personal responsibility orientation, it is positively correlated with the self-directed learning ability (r=.564, p<.001). The study presented the personal responsibility orientation, the creativity, the interpersonal relationship satisfaction, the age and the major satisfaction in order as factors to affect the targets’ self-directed learning ability, and the overall explanatory power turned out to be 58.8%. Based on this study, it is considered that this study can provide a basis for the development of strategies for improving the self-directed learning ability of nursing students in nursing institutions.
