간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 스트레스 대처방식이 임상실습 만족도에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Self-Leadership and Stress Coping Style on Satisfaction of Clinical Practice in Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 스트레스 대처방식이 임상실습 만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 D시에 소재한 간호대학생 215명이며, 자료수집기간은 2019년 5월 3일부터 5월 11일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/IBM 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient와 stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 셀프리더십 정도는 5점 만점의 평균 평점 3.07점, 스트레스 대처방식은 4점 만점의 평균 평점 2.82점, 임상실습 만족도는 5점 만점의 평균 평점 3.26점이었다. 대상자의 임상실습 만족도는 학업성적(p=.034), 전공만족도(p<.001), 시뮬레이션 실습 만족도(p<.001), 실습동료와의 관계(p=.002)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 임상실습 만족도와 셀프리더십(r=.23, p=.001), 스트레스 대처방식(r=.17, p=.016)은 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 통계적으로 유의하였다. 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수는 시뮬레이션실습 만족도, 셀프리더십, 전공만족도이었다. 가장 영향을 미치는 변수는 시뮬레이션 실습 만족도였으며, 전체 설명력은 15.8%이었다(β=-.26, p<.001). 따라서 간호대학생의 임상실습 만족도를 높이기 위해 셀프리더십 향상을 위한 임상실습교육프로그램 개발 및 시뮬레이션실습과 같은 다양한 교수법 적용이 필요하다고 본다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among self-leadership, stress coping style and satisfaction of clinical practice of nursing students. Participants were 215 baccalaureate nursing students(3th grades) in D city. Data were collected by structured questionnaires from May 3th to 11th, 2019. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/IBM 21.0 program. The mean self-leadership score was 3.07, stress coping style score was 2.89, satisfaction of clinical practice score was 3.26. Significant positive correlations were among satisfaction of clinical practice, self-leadership and stress coping style. Factors influencing satisfaction with clinical practice were satisfaction of simulation practice, self-leadership and satisfaction on major. Satisfaction of simulation practice was the most influential factor and the total explanatory power was 15.8%. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop educational programs to improve self-leadership and to apply teaching methods such as simulation practice in order to increase nursing students’s clinical practice satisfaction.
