무인비행장치(UAV)를 활용한 도로포장관리시스템 구축방안 연구

A Study on the Pavement Management System Using UAV

본 논문은 약 30여 년간 차량과 인력에 의존하여 운영되고 있는 도로 포장관리시스템에 최근 제4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술로 주목받고 있는 무인비행장치를 활용하는 방안을 연구하고자 경기도가 관리하는 지방도를 대상으로 무인비행장치를 직접 운용하여 정사영상을 촬영한 다음 프로그램 분석을 통해 3차원 좌표와 색상값을 갖는 점군을 생성하였으며 생성된 점군을 활용하여 도로 포장면의 균열부위를 검출하는 것을 구현했다.

This thesis reviewed the cases of Gyeonggi-do province which recently induced unmanned aerial device to pavement management system in order to research a plan to utilize recent technology unmanned aerial device to pavement management system which is being operated depending on vehicles and manpower for 30 years. After filming video on local roads managed by Gyeonggi-do province by using unmanned aerial device directly and created point cloud having three dimensional coordinate and color value through program analysis. Furthermore, this research showed that when we found similar color to point cloud color at pavement crack part and applied red color, crack part was detected.
