전통시장의 화재 위험도 평가 지표 개발에 관한 연구

전통시장 내 각 점포는 개인 상인별로 운영이 되고 있어 화재 대응에 취약점을 가지고 있다. 또한 설비 자체가 오래되어있어 관리의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 화재 및 안전 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 전통시장 화재 대응 시스템을평가하고 문제점을 도출하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 1계층에서는 전기분야가 가장 중요하게 나타났으며, 전기 분야에서는설비적 특성이 가장 중요하고 설비적 특성에서는 규격전선 사용 및 전선접속 상태 관리가 중요한 관리 요인으로 나타났다. 1계층 2순위인 공용/점포 관리 분야에서는 설비적 특성이 가장 중요하게 나타났으며, 설비적 특성에서 비상 소화 장치의구성 품 관리가 가장 중요 관리 요인으로 나타났다. 1계층 3순위인 가스 분야에서는 설비적 특성이 가장 중요하고 설비적특성에서는 가스 누출 경보기 설치 적정성이 중요한 관리 요인으로 나타났다. 각 관리 요인에 대해 계산된 중요도 점수를표준화 시켜 100점 만점의 평가 지표를 만들 수 있다. 본 평가 지표를 통해 지속적으로 전통시장의 화재를 모니터링 한다면화재로부터 보다 안전한 전통시장을 만들 수 있을 것이다.

Each store in a traditional market is operated by individual merchants, which are vulnerable to fire hazards. In addition, the facilities themselves tend to be old and have management problems. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the fire response system of a traditional market and determining specific problems for fire and safety experts. Analysis results indicated that the electric supply field was the most important and primary parameter. In the electric supply field, the facility characteristics were the most important and in the facility characteristics, the use of standard cables and connection status management were important management factors. In the field of public/store management, which is the first-tier second location, the facility characteristics were the most important. In the facility characteristics, the management of the components for emergency fire extinguishing was the most important management factor. In the gas field, which is the first-tier third location, the facility characteristics were the most important and the facility adequacy is the most important management factor. The importance scores calculated for each management factor can be standardized to create a 100-point evaluation indicator. Continuous monitoring of fires in a traditional market through this evaluation index will make the traditional markets safer from fire hazards.
