방화댐퍼 성능인정제도 도입과 관련한 기존 방화댐퍼의성능에 관한 연구

A Study on the Performance of Existing Fire Dampers Related to Introduction of Performance Accreditation System for Fire Dampers

방화댐퍼 성능인정제도 도입과 관련하여 기존의 국내 방화댐퍼가 관련 규정의 성능평가 방법으로 평가 시 어느 정도의성능을 갖고 있는지와 제도의 운용과 관련하여 고려하여야 할 사항에는 어떤 것들이 있는지 분석하였다. 성능평가 결과, 성능 확보를 위해서는 제조자의 방화댐퍼의 구조 개선에 대한 노력이 필요한 것으로 판단되었으며, 열 감지 방화댐퍼의평가 방법 보완, 소방 용도의 설비 도입 등 관련 규정의 내용 보완이 필요한 것으로 판단되었다.

In relation to the introduction of a performance accreditation system for fire dampers, existing domestic fire damper performance was evaluated with respect to related regulations and the system operation required were considered. From the performance evaluation, it was judged that manufacturer efforts to improve the structure of fire dampers are necessary to improve performance and the relevant regulations must be supplemented. Strategies to implement new regulations may include evaluation of the heat-detecting fire dampers and introducing novel equipment for fire-fighting.
