Y세대 대학생들의 대학급식 만족도, 급식충성도, 주관적 삶의 질에 관한 연구

Study on Relationship between Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Subjective Quality of Life: Generation Y Consumers in University Foodservice

본 연구의 목적은 선행연구에서 개발된 척도의 일반화 검증과 대학급식소를 이용하는 Y세대 대학생들의 만족도와 급식충성도 및 주관적 삶의 질 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 선행연구에서 개발한 척도를 사용하여 대학급식소 점심식사 시간대에 학부생과 대학원생을 대상으로 계통표집 방법을 사용하여 자기기입식 설문지를 배포하였으며, 확인적 요인분석과 공변량 구조분석을 통해 척도의 타당도 평가와 적합도를 검증하였다. AMOS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 고객만족과 급식충성도 간의 경로계수가 0.894이며, 고객만족과 주관적 삶의 질 간의 경로계수는 0.744로 고객만족이 급식충성도와 주관적 삶의 질과 정의 관계를 가지고 있으며, 고객만족이 주관적 삶의 질에 대한 평가보다 급식충성도에 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 대학급식소의 고객만족도를 향상시키기 위한 급식소의 노력이 고객들의 급식충성도 향상을 통한 급식소의 성과 증진뿐만 아니라 주관적 삶의 질 향상을 통해 대학생활을 더욱 누릴 수 있도록 기여할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Foodservice on university plays a fundamental role in the students’ satisfaction for service at university, and faces intense change in their competitive environment. This is very important in maintaining the existing customer and securing potential customers and has a scale for measuring customer satisfaction on university fooodservice. This study has two objectives: (1) to verify instrument developed by previous study to measure customer satisfaction for university foodservice and (2) to identify the relationships between customer satisfaction and loyalty for foodservice and subjective quality of life. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis from the data (n=180), also the validity and reliability were identified. Relationships between customer satisfaction and loyalty for foodservice and subjective quality of life were identified. According to analysis structural equation modeling, x² / df, the GFI (goodness of git index), the NFI (normed fit index), and the RMSEA (root mean square error of approximation) were found to be 1.190, 0.90, 0.919, and 0.047 respectively. The presents findings reported that (1) customer satisfaction had a positive influence on loyalty for foodservice and (2) customer satisfaction would have a positive influence on subjective quality of life.
