중환자실 간호사의 호흡기계 병원감염관리 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors Influencing Performance about Respiratory System Nosocomial Infection Control among ICU Nurses

본 연구는 중환자실 간호사를 대상으로 호흡기계 병원감염관리 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 P시에 소재하고 있는 200병상 이상 종합병원 중환자실에 근무하는 간호사 133명이며, 자료수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였고, 연구도구는 일반적 특성, 호흡기계 병원감염관리에 대한 인지도, 수행도, 임파워먼트로 구성되었다. 자료분석 방법은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램으로 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-검정(t-test), 일원분산분석(ANOVA), 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과로 중환자실 간호사의 호흡기계 병원감염 관리에 대한 수행도는 인지도(r=0.534, p<0.001), 임파워먼트(r=0.267, p=0.002)와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며, 인지도는 임파워먼트(r=0.192, p=0.027)와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 호흡기계 병원감염관리 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 호흡기계 병원감염관리 인지도, 지침서 비치, 임파워먼트였으며 이때 설명력은 32.2%였다.

This purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing performance about respiratory system nosocomial infection control among ICU nurses. The research was a cross-sectional, descriptive design using questionnaires. The participant were 133 nurses working in the ICU of 7 general hospitals. SPSS statistics 18.0 program was used to analyze data. The nurses’ awareness had significantly positive correlations with their performance and empowerment, and their performance also had a significantly positive correlation with empowerment. Stepwise multiple regression analysis for performance about respiratory system nosocomial infection control revealed that the most powerful predictor was awareness. Awareness, empowerment and equipped guidelines explained 32.2% of the variance. In conclusion, it is expected to increase performance by seeking ways to increase the level of awareness and empowerment for the effective respiratory system nosocomial infection control.
