학교 특기적성 프로그램을 통한 사회성발달이 예절에 미치는 영향

Study on the Etiquette Affected by Social Development through the Specialty Aptitude School Program

본 연구는 학교 특기적성 프로그램을 통한 사회성발달이 예절에 미치는 영향이 있는지 조사하는데 목적이 있다. 체육 분야 학교 특기적성 프로그램에 참여하는 고등학생 349명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS/PC+ Win. 15.0프로그램을 사용하여 사회성발달과 예절의 관계를 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 사회성발달이 예절에 미치는 영향은 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 학교 특기적성 프로그램 참여자의 사회성발달과 예절의 관계에서 학교 특기적성 프로그램 참여자의 사회성발달 하위요인 모든 요인과 예절 하위요인 모든 요인이 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교 특기적성 프로그램 참여자의 사회성발달이 예절에 미치는 영향에서 전화 및 통신예절에 영향을 미치는 하위요인은 사교성과 책임성이며, 인사예절에 영향을 미치는 요인은 안정성, 책임성, 사교성으로 나타났다. 몸가짐에 영향을 미치는 요인은 책임성, 지배성, 안정성으로 나타났다.

The survey was conducted to 349 high school students who attended the physical education specialty aptitude program. SPSS/PC+ win 15.0 program was used to analyze the correlation between the social development and etiquette. After we implemented a regression analysis to the etiquette which is influenced by the social development, we obtained the following result. First, the relationship between social development of specialty aptitude program participants and etiquette. The sub factors of the social development of specialty aptitude school program participants and the etiquette, all showed the positive relationship. The social development of participants from school special ability aptitude program affects etiquette. The sub factors that affect phone and communication etiquette are sociability and responsibility. Also, the reasons that affect greeting etiquette are reliability, responsibility, and sociability. Lastly, the reasons that affect behavior are accountability, dominance, stability.
