수산업 협동조합 신용사업의 효율성과 그 결정요인에 관한 연구

The Study on the Determinants and Efficiency Analysis of Fisheries Cooperative

본 연구는 수산업 협동조합 90개를 대상으로 2009년에서 2011년까지 3개년 간 효율성과 그 결정요인을 분석하였다. 투입변수는 지점수, 인건비, 경비이며, 산출변수는 대출금, 예탁금, 영업이익, 손익이다. 수산업 협동조합의 효율성을 분석한 결과, 기술 효율성 값이 1인 효율적인 조합은 2009년이 17개로 가장 많았으며, 이들 조합들은 주어진 투입요소를 이용하여 최대의 산출을 내고 있다. 순기술효율성 값이 1인 조합은 2009년에 28개로 가장 많았다. 수산업 협동조합의 효율성 결정요인 분석을 위해 tobit 모형을 사용하였으며, 종속변수는 조합의 효율성, 독립변수는 log(총자산), 수수료이익, 요구불예금/예탁금, 예대비율, ROA이다. 기술효율성에는 총자산, 수수료 이익, 요구불예금, 예대비율, ROA, 순기술 효율성에는 수수료이익과 요구불 예금이 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 따라서 수산업 협동조합의 신용사업 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 예탁금 및 대출금의 증가 및 조합의 수익을 높여야 한다.

This study analyzed the determinants influenced on the efficiency for 90 fisheries cooperatives of from 2009 to 2011. Input variables are number of branches, business expenses, personnel expenses, output variables are loan, deposit, profits, earns. As a result of the efficiency analysis, the number of technical efficiency 1 are 17 in 2009. the number of pure technical efficiency 1 are 28 in 2009. We used tobit model applied for analysis, because the dependent variable are censored values. Dependent variables for analysis are technical efficiency for CCR and pure technical efficiency for BCC by DEA. Independent variables are profit from loan interest of cost variables, total asset of scale variables, loan-deposits ratio and demand deposit/balance of portfolio variables and return on assets (ROA) and profit of profitability variables. As a result of analysis, the determinants of technical efficiency influenced on efficiency of fisheries cooperatives is log(total asset), profit in commission, demand deposit, loan-deposits ratio, ROA. The determinants of pure technical efficiency is profit in commission, demand deposit.
