AHP를 이용한 국제기술이전의 평가를 위한 체크리스트의 가중치 개발

Weight Development of Checklist for the Evaluation of International Technology Transfer using AHP: With an Emphasis on the Foreign Direct Investment

본 연구에서는 AHP를 이용하여 해외직접투자를 통한 국제기술이전의 평가를 위한 체크리스트의 가중치가 개발되었다. 연구에 활용된 체크리스트는 총 4개의 평가기준과 총 12개의 하위 평가항목을 포함하고 있다. 특히, 체크리스트에 포함된 4개의 평가기준은 현지국 시장요인, 현지국 환경요인, 해외자회사의 경영능력 및 이전기술의 유용성 등이다. 대구지역 자동차 부품산업의 관점에서 체크리스트의 AHP 가중치를 개발하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 학계의 전문가와 산업계의 실무책임자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실증적 분석의 결과는 체크리스트에 표시된 총 4개의 평가기준에 대한 가중치, 그리고 총 12개의 하위 평가항목에 대한 가중치이다. 1계층 평가기준에서는 해외자회사의 경영능력과 이전기술의 유용성 등과 같은 기업내부적 요인의 가중치가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2계층 평가항목에서는 해외자회사의 생산능력, 해외자회사의 제품품질 향상 및 해외자회사의 마케팅 능력 등의 가중치가 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 개발된 AHP 가중치에 기초하여 해외직접투자를 통한 국제기술이전의 평가를 위한 경영적 적용 방법을 사례로 제시하였다.

In this study was developed weight of checklist for the evaluation of international technology transfer through foreign direct investment (FDI) using analytical hierarchy process (AHP). In terms of AHP, the checklist for the assessment of international technology transfer through FDI consists of 4 criteria at first level and 12 items at second level. Especially, four criteria are as follows: market factor in host country, environmental factor in host country, managing ability of subsidiary and utility of transfer technology. Empirical survey was performed to develop weight of checklist, especially for the automobile parts industry in Daegu. Respondents are university professors, and company directors who work in the departments such as international business, strategic planning and general managing. Results are weight of 4 criteria and 12 items which listed in the checklist. In this article was provided also an example of managerial application for evaluation of international technology transfer through FDI.
