한국형 통합 커뮤니케이션 모델 연구를 위한 시스템 기능과 만족도 조사 분석

Analysis on System Functions and Satisfaction for the Study of Unified Communication Model of Korea

통상적으로 기업 구성원의 업무 수행 중 많은 부분에서 상호간의 정보 공유와 협업이 필요하다. 기업에서는 구성원의 업무 생산성을 높이기 위해 이러한 업무 형태를 돕기 위한 다양한 노력과 지원을 하고 있다. 최근 많은 국내의 기업들도 이러한 노력의 일환으로 통합 커뮤니케이션(unified communications, 이하 UC) 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 경우 외국의 유명 IT(information technology) 회사에서 제공하는 시스템에 의존하고 있어 국내의 IT 환경 수준과 업무 형태를 잘 반영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 한편, 한국 기업 근로자의 시간당 업무 생산성은 여전히 OECD국가 중 하위에 머무르고 있다. 따라서 한국의 발전된 IT 환경과 업무 실정에 적합한 기능과 서비스를 제공하는 통합커뮤니케이션 시스템의 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 현재 국내 기업들이 사용하고 있는 UC 시스템들에 대한 사용 현황을 조사, 정리하였다. 그리고 한국형 UC 시스템의 모델을 구축하기 위해 IT 업무 종사자와 현업의 임직원을 대상으로 현 시스템들에서 제공하는 기능과 만족도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 설문조사 결과에 대한 분석을 통하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 향후 이러한 개선방안을 토대로 하여 국내 기업의 업무 생산성 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 한국형 UC 시스템의 모델을 구축하고자 한다.

In most cases, the daily-work of Korean people require information sharing and collaboration. Companies have been seeking ways to assist this requirement to enhance the productivity and recently many companies in Korea apply the unified communications systems as a way of support. However, in most cases, most of the systems depend on the unified communications systems provided by some leading foreign companies and theses systems can’t fully reflect the level of IT environment or work-style of Korean workers. In other hand, per hour productivity of Korea still scores very low among OECD member nations. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop a unified communications system model which would provide suitable functions and service tailored for the advanced IT environment and work-system of Korea. This research, shows how current systems are used companies in Korea then a survey was asked the various professionals in IT and staff & employees on the functions and degree of satisfaction from the current system in order for building a Korean-model of unified communications system. As a result, a solution has been developed based on the analysis of the studies. Consequently, it is aimed to build a Korean model for unified communications system that would improve the productivity and compatibility of the companies in Korea.
