간호대학생의 귀인성향, 자기효능감, 임상수행능력, 임상실습만족도의 관계

The Effects of Attribution Disposition, Self-efficacy and Clinical Competency and Satisfaction for Clinical Practice of Nursing College Students

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 귀인성향, 자기효능감, 임상수행능력과 임상실습만족도와의 관련성에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 M시, A시에 소재하는 2개 간호대학 재학생으로 실습을 마친 3, 4학년 간호대학생 261명이었으며, 연구도구는 귀인성향, 자기효능감, 임상수행능력, 임상실습만족도를 사용하였다. 분석은 상관분석 및 단계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과 대학생의 귀인성향 중 내적성향은 자기효능감(r=.363, p<0.001), 임상수행능력(r=.388, p<0.001), 임상실습만족도(r=.231, p<0.001)와 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기효능감은 임상수행능력(r=.423, p<0.001), 임상실습만족도(r=.131, p<0.005)와 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 임상수행능력과 임상실습만족에 영향을 미치는 변인은 귀인성향 중 내적요인, 자기효능감이었으며, 두 변인이 임상수행능력에 대해 내적요인 15.1%, 자기효능감 17.9%와 임상실습만족도에 대해 자기효능감 4.1%, 내적요인 7.3%의 설명력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 귀인성향과 자기효능감은 임상수행능력 및 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치므로 귀인성향중 내적요인과 자기효능감 향상을 위한 중재프로그램 개발이 필요하겠다.

This study was conducted to identify the relationships among attribution disposition, self-efficacy and clinical competency and satisfaction for clinical practice in nursing college students. The participants consisted of 261 nursing college students who were enrolled in 2 undergraduate nursing schools. Collected data were analyzed with mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis based on the SPSS 18.0 program. This study reported internal attribution had a significant positive correlation to self-efficacy (r=.363, p<0.001) and clinical competency (r=.388, p<0.001) and satisfaction for clinical practice (r=.231, p<0.001). Self-efficacy had a significant positive correlation to clinical competency (r=.423, p<0.001) and satisfaction for clinical practice (r=.131, p<0.005). Respectively showing explanatory power internal attribution disposition, self-efficacy score serving as the major predictor variable for clinical competency to internal 15.1% and self-efficacy 17.9% and satisfaction of clinical practice to self-efficacy 4.1% and internal 7.3%. This study showed internal attribution disposition, self-efficacy and improve the clinical competency and satisfaction of clinical practice of nursing students through effective education programs.
