간호대학생의 병원 낙상 예방 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors Influencing of Prevention Behavior for Hospital Fall in Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 병원 낙상에 대한 태도와 병원 낙상 예방 행위 정도를 파악하고, 병원 낙상 예방 행위에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하여 간호대학생을 위한 낙상 예방 교육 프로그램에 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 B광역시에 소재한 3개의 3년제 간호대학 +1 과정의 4학년 학생 374명이었으며, 연구도구는 병원 낙상에 대한 태도 측정도구와 병원 낙상 예방 행위 측정도구를 이용하였다. 자료 분석은 변수들 간의 다중공선성 유무와 분산팽창인자를 점검하여 회귀분석의 기본가정을 확인하였으며, SPSS 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 피어슨 상관계수 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 병원 낙상에 대한 태도는 3.79± 0.41점, 병원 낙상 예방 행위는 3.74±0.64점으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 병원 낙상 예방 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 병원 낙상에 대한 태도와 낙상 관련 교육 경험이었으며, 이들 변인이 병원 낙상 예방 행위에 대해 10.0%의 설명력을 가지고 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the hospital fall risk factors of nursing student. Participants were 374 nursing students who studied in 3 nursing colleges in B city. Data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires during October 27 to November 14, 2014. The data were analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression using the SPSS 20.0 program. The result are as followed; first, the average of participants’s attitude to hospital fall was 3.79±0.41 points, and prevention behavior of hospital fall was 3.74±0.64 points. Second, prevention behavior for hospital fall was significantly different according to family presence of medical personnel and the fall-related educational experience learning to fall prevention. Third, as result of analysis of correlation between the attitudes and prevention behavior for hospital fall were statically significant relationships (r=.231, p<.001). Forth, the influencing factor of prevention behavior for hospital fall of the participant were attitude for hospital fall and the existence of relevant fall training, =.100. Thus, development of guidance program to increase attitude and prevention behavior for hospital fall in nursing student is recommended.
