협력학습을 활용한 유아사회교육이 예비유아교사의 사회교수효능감과 대인관계역량에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Early Childhood Social Education using Collaborative Learning on Social Teaching Efficacy and Interpersonal Relationship Competency of Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구의 목적은 협력학습을 활용한 유아사회교육이 예비유아교사의 사회교수효능감과 대인관계역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 G광역시에 소재한 S대학교에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 39명을 연구대상으로 하여 실험집단 19명 통제집단 20명으로 임의 배정하였다. 실험집단은 15주 동안 협력학습을 활용한 유아사회교육 수업을 진행하였으며, 통제집단은 동일한 기간 동안 일반적인 유아사회교육 수업을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 사회교수효능감과 대인관계역량의 결과 차이에 대한 t검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 협력학습을 활용한 유아사회교육은 예비유아교사의 사회교수효능감 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 협력학습을 활용한 유아사회교육은 예비유아교사의 대인관계역량 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 협력학습을 활용한 유아사회교육이 예비유아교사의 사회교수효능감과 대인관계역량 증진에 효과적인 교수학습 방법임을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of early childhood social education using collaborative learning on the social teaching efficacy and interpersonal relationship competency of pre-service early childhood teachers. To this end, 39 pre-service early childhood teachers attending S University in G city were randomly assigned to 19 experimental groups and 20 control groups. The experimental group performed early childhood social education using collaborative learning for 15 weeks, and the control group executed regular social education during the same period. Collected data were analysed using SPSS 21.0 for t-test on the difference of social teaching efficacy and interpersonal relationship competency. The results of this study are as follows. First, early childhood social education using collaborative learning had a positive effect on improving the social teaching efficacy of pre-service early childhood teacher. Second, early childhood social education using collaborative learning had a positive effect on improving interpersonal relationship competency of pre-service early childhood teacher. These results suggest that early childhood social education using collaborative learning is an effective teaching-learning method to improve the social teaching efficacy and interpersonal relationship competency of pre-service early childhood teachers.
