AHP를 이용한 국제기술이전의 평가를 위한 체크리스트의 가중치개발

Weight Development of Checklist for the Evaluation of International Technology Transfer using AHP : With an Emphasis on the Joint Ventures

본 연구에서는 AHP를 이용하여 합작투자를 통한 국제기술이전의 평가를 위한 체크리스트의 가중치가 개발되었다. 실증적 연구에 활용된 체크리스트는 총 4개의 평가기준과 총 12개의 하위 평가항목을 포함하고 있다. 특히, 체크리스트에 포함된 4개의 평가기준은 현지국 시장요인, 해외 파트너기업의 경영능력, 이전기술의 유용성 및 본사와 현지 파트너기업 간의 협력 등이다. 대구지역 자동차 부품산업의 관점에서 체크리스트의 AHP 가중치를 개발하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 학계의 전문가와 산업계의 실무책임자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실증적 분석의 결과는 체크리스트에 표시된 총 4개의 평가기준에 대한 가중치, 그리고 총 12개의 하위 평가항목에 대한 가중치이다. 1계층 평가기준에서는 이전기술의 유용성 및 본사와 현지 파트너기업 간의 협력 등과 같은 요인의 가중치가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2계층 평가항목에서는 해외 합작회사로부터 받을 수 있는 예상 로열티, 이전기술의 계속적 발전가능성 및 본사와 현지 파트너기업 간의 분쟁해결을 위한 명확한 규정 등과 같은 요인의 가중치가 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다.

This study developed a weight of checklist for evaluating international technology transfer through joint ventures using analytical hierarchy process (AHP). In terms of AHP, the checklist for the evaluation of international technology transfer through JV consists of 4 criteria at first level and 12 items at second level. Especially, four criteria are as follows: market factor in host country, managing ability of local partner company, utility of transfer technology and cooperation between head office and local partner company. This research identified weight of checklist, particularly for the automobile parts industry in Daegu. Respondents are 5 university professors, and 5 company directors who work in the departments such as international business, marketing, strategic planning and R&D. As a result, this study found out weight of 4 criteria and 12 items in the checklist.
