부산시민의 손상 현황 분석 : 부산광역시 소방본부 119 구급활동일지를 중심으로

A Study on the Present Condition of Injury in Busan Metropolitan

본 연구는 부산광역시 소방본부의 119구급일지를 중심으로 시민들의 손상발생현황과 실태를 조사하고 문제점을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구결과 손상의 고위험집단은 남성과 특히, 19~64세의 경제활동인구인 것으로 나타났고 고위험장소는 가정, 고위험 행동은 추락인 것으로 나타났다. 추락은 65세이상의 노인 인구에서 높은 발생률을 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 전국의 6개 광역시 중 가장 높은 손상사망률을 보이고 있는 부산광역시의 손상발생현황에 대해 파악 하였고 향후 이를 근거로 손상예방 및 안전증진 정책수립에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

This study was performed to check the incidence of injury and figure out the problem to understand the narrative in Busan Metropolitan according to analysis the record of Busan Metropolitan Fire Headquarters 119 EMS system. Analysis of the results showed that high risk group is male, especially economically active population in 19-64 years old, high risk place is home, high risk action in falling. Hing incidence in falling happens in elderly more than 65 years old. Through this study identified the status of injury in Busan which has the highest incidence of injury of 6 metropolitan cities in Korea. This study findings can be utilized as basic material about the prevention, policy making, safety promotion in the future.
