통일 이후 남북한 행정체제에 관한 연구

A Study on Integration of Administrative System after Korea Unification

이 논문은 통일 이후 남북한 행정체제에 관한 선행 연구를 검토하고 행정체제 정착에 필요한 제언을 하는데 목적을 둔다. 통일 유형과 통일 이후 발생할 문제점을 살펴보았으며 행정체제 통합에 관한 다양한 선행 연구를 정리해보았다. 기존 연구에 제언하는 차원에서 세가지 방안을 제시했다. 첫째, 북한 지역의 안정화는 행정체제 통합의 필수 조건이다. 둘째, 민관이 협력해 행정체제를 통합해야 한다. 셋째, 철저하게 통일을 대비하고 예상 가능한 상황을 가정해 구체적으로 교육해야 한다. 다만, 이 연구는 비교적 자유롭게 자신의 견해를 제안할 수 있지만 한계가 있으나 통일 이후 남북한 행정체제에 관한 기존 연구를 보완하는 측면에서 제언해 다른 후속 연구에 기여할 수 있다.

This study is a unified administrative system on North and South Korea according to previous review studies. And I suggest for necessary administrative system the purpose of settlement. Unification types of problems occur after the unification administrative system seen a variety of previous studies. Suggested by previous studies, I propose the three-dimensional scheme. Finding results First, the stabilization of North Korea is a fundamental requirement of the administrative system integration. Second, the public-private cooperation should be integrated administrative system. Third, thorough and predictable situation Unification education should specifically assumed. However, this study is free to suggest their views but prediction of limitation about the administrative system. So It contributes research proposals in terms of the other follow-up studies.
