자아분화가 중년부부의 위기감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 40대 이상의 결혼관계를 유지하고 있는 중년부부를 대상으로 자아분화가 중년의 위기감에 미치는 영향의 정도를 분석하고자 하였다. 부산지역의 부부 195명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, SPSS Ver. 17.0을 이용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아분화 하위요인 중 정서단절, 인지적/정서적 가능, 가족투사는 여자가 높았으나 가족통합이나 자아통합은 성별 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 중년위기감 하위 요인 중 자아혼란은 남자가 높았으나 정서적 위기, 일에 대한 불만, 활력상실, 과거후회의 정도에 대한 성별 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 남자의 중년부부 위기감에 영향력이 가장 높은 자아분화는 인지적/정서적 기능으로서 자신의 감정을 통제하는 능력 및 사고와 감정의 융합정도가 높을수록 위기감의 수준은 낮아졌다. 특히 활력상실 위기 수준에 미치는 영향의 정도가 가장 높았다(β=-.517). 여자의 경우도 인지적/정서적 기능의 영향력이 높았으나 남자 보다는 영향의 정도가 낮았으며, 가족투사나 가족퇴행의 영향력은 남자 보다 높았다. 여자는 자신 보다는 가족과 관련된 요인이 위기감을 증가시키는 요인으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influential level of self-differentiation upon crisis-sense of middle-aged couples maintaining the marital relationship in their over 40s. As a result of factor analysis on the self-differentiation and crisis-sense of middle-aged couples, 5 sub-factors were extracted. The results of this study are as follows. First, among sub-factors of self-differentiation, the emotional discontinuation, cognitive/emotional function, and family projection were higher in women than in men. There was no difference by gender in family integration or self-integration. Second, as for crisis-sense of middle-aged couples, the self-confusion was higher in men than in women. However, the difference in emotional crisis-sense, in dissatisfaction with work, in loss of vitality, and in regrettable level of the past wasn’t shown. Third, as the self-differentiation that has the highest influence upon crisis-sense of middle-aged couples in men is the cognitive/emotional function. Especially, the influential level upon the crisis level in the loss of vitality was the highest (β=-.517). In case of women, the influence of cognitive/emotional function was high. However, the influential level was lower than in men. The influence of family projection or family regression was higher than in men.
