부산의 도시공간구조와 중심지 설정에 관한 연구

A Study on Urban Spatial Structure and Establishment of the Central Place in Busan

본 연구는 부산의 도시공간구조를 분석하고 이를 통해 효율적인 다핵중심형 도시공간구조의 형성방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 인구, 지가, 고용, 통행, 토지이용 등 27개 지표를 조사하여 부산의 중심지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 부전1동과 부전2동을 비롯하여 중앙동과 온천1동, 연산동은 강한 업무적 특성이 나타났고, 남포동, 광복동, 부평동은 근린ㆍ위락ㆍ판매ㆍ상업 등의 시설밀도가 높은 특성을 보였다. 또한 초량1ㆍ3동과 범천1동, 거제1동 등은 기존 도심지역에 인접하면서 중심지 역할을 담당하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면에 기존 도심을 제외하고는 도심기능을 제대로 하고 있지 못한 실정임을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과를 통하여 볼 때, 도시균형발전 차원에서 부산 도시공간구조는 다핵화 전략이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 중심지별로 네트워크를 강화하고 각 중심지의 특성이 최대한 부각되도록 조성할 필요가 있다. 또한 공간구조상 발전축을 설정하고 새로운 도심을 육성하는 전략이 요구되며, 이를 위해 상업계 용도지역을 확충하는 등의 지원이 필요하다.

A purpose of this study analyze urban spatial structure for reorganization suggestion of multi-nuclei structure in Busan. The 27 indicators were collected that data is like population, land price, employment, trip, land use, etc. And were analyzed central places in Busan. As a result, Bujeon-1ㆍ2dongㆍJungang-dongㆍOncheon-1dongㆍ Yeonsan-dong had been features of strong business. And Nampo-dongㆍGwangbok-dongㆍBupyeong-dong had been features of high density of facilities like neighborhoodㆍentertainmentㆍsaleㆍcommerce. Also, Choryang-1ㆍ3dong, Beomcheon-1dong, Geoje-dong were analyzed responsible for central working by adjacent to existing urban areas. On the other hand, except for the existing urban center could not function properly, one can recognize the situation. This study says, multi-nuclei strategies of urban spatial structure need to strengthen network of different center and be magnified of features of each center. In addition, set up developmental axis of spatial structure and need to demands for strategies of a new center fosterage. To this end, support is needed like commercial zone expansion.
