전문선수 팀 지도자의 전지훈련 환경 만족도가 재방문에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Satisfaction among Elite Sport Team Directors on Their Teams’ Re-Patronage Intention of the Off-Season Training Camp Venues

본 연구는 경기력 강화를 위하여 전지훈련 장소를 선택하는데 있어 실질적 영향력을 지닌 전문선수 육성 팀 지도자를 대상으로 전지훈련 장소 만족도가 재방문에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적을 두고 진행한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 전지훈련 환경 만족도의 경우 지도경력별로는 관광환경에서, 종목유형 사이에 편의시설 및 관광환경을 제외한 숙박/식ㆍ음료, 교통/훈련환경, 친절환경 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 재방문에 대한 환경요인의 영향을 알아보기 위해 상관관계를 분석한 결과 재방문의사와 교통/훈련환경, 숙박/식ㆍ음료환경과 교통/훈련환경 등의 관계 순으로 나타나 교통과 훈련환경이 전지훈련 장소를 선택하는데 가장 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전지훈련 환경요인이 재방문에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는 교통/훈련환경요인에서만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

This study investigates the effects of directors’ satisfaction towards the off-season training camp venues on re-patronage intention of their teams. The findings of the analysis are as follows: First, satisfaction towards off-season training camp venue in the dimension of tourism environment was found to be significantly different among directors of different experience levels. The levels of satisfaction were found to be significantly different among the teams of different sports. Second, this analysis found that the correlation between factors were statistically validate. The findings suggest that transportation/training environment is the most important determinant in off-season training camp venue selection. Third, based on the analysis on the effects of environmental factors of the venue on re-patronage intentions, significant difference was found only in transportation/training environment dimension.
