고령자 직업훈련의 훈련만족도에 관한 조사

An Investigation on the Satisfaction of Senior Job Training

본 연구는 고령자 직업훈련의 만족도와 관련된 변인을 분석하고, 분석결과를 토대로 훈련만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 고찰하고자 하였다. 28개 훈련기관, 576명의 훈련생을 대상으로 훈련특성, 훈련기관 특성, 그리고 훈련생 특성을 조사한 후, 각 특성 변수별로 만족도에 대한 집단 비교 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 남성보다는 여성이, 부양가족이 있는 경우, 공공 보다는 민간기관이, 일반과정보다는 전문과정이 더 높은 만족도를 나타내었다. 훈련만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수를 파악하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과에서는 훈련기관의 형태와 훈련기관의 훈련 종목수, 그리고 학력과 건강수준이 훈련만족도에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 훈련생의 경력과 적성을 반영할 수 있는 세분화된 훈련과정 개발, 시설 및 장비 등의 개선, 다양한 훈련종목을 실시하여 훈련 노하우를 갖추고 있는 기관에 가점 부여 등의 개선점이 제안되었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate training satisfaction for senior based on training characteristics, training institute characteristics and trainee characteristics. The questionnaire administered to 576 senior job trainees (over 50 years old) and 28 training institute. The results were as follows : First, t-test and ANOVA revealed that women, trainees who have family dependent, the private institute, and the specialized course had higher satisfaction than men, trainees who had not family dependent, public institute, and the general course. Second, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that the trainee’s demographical variable affect satisfaction beyond training and institute characteristics. Training satisfaction was higher in the non-profit institute than in the public and private institute. The more training program had institute, the higher satisfaction level was. Among trainee’s characteristics, high level of trainee’s health related positively to satisfaction, and high level of trainee’s educational background related negatively to satisfaction.
