지역별 비교를 통한 사이버안전지수 고찰

A Study of Cyber Security Index on District Level Comparison

본 연구에서는 지역별 자료분석을 통해 사이버안전지수의 특징을 고찰하였다. 사이버안전지수는 준비도, 경험도, 체감도의 3대 지표에 동일한 가중치가 부여되어 국가 사이버안전지수가 계산되며, 준비도와 경험도, 준비도와 체감도 간에는 부의 관계, 경험도와 체감도에는 정의 관계가 존재하리라 예상되는 지수로 한국인터넷진흥원에서 2010년 개발한 국가지수 중 하나이다. 그런데 자료 부족으로 사이버안전지수의 특징을 파악하기 어려운 면이 있으므로, 본 연구에서는 지역별 자료를 사용하여 사이버안전지수의 특징을 살펴보았다. 군집분석과 다차원척도분석을 통해 특이 지역인 서울지역을 제외하였을 때 사이버안전지수의 특징이 보다 분명히 나타났다.

In this study, we consider the characteristics of cyber security index with its district values. The cyber security index consists of 3 sub-indexes such as preparation, experience, and sensory index. It has been expected the negative correlations between experience index and preparation index, between sensory index and preparation index, otherwise, expected the positive correlation between experience index and sensory index. But, by the rarity of data, there had some difficulty in understanding the characteristics of cyber security index. To achieve this, we have used the district data. Through multi-dimensional scaling and cluster analysis, it reveals that Seoul district have a distinctive property, so we exclude the Seoul district. Without Seoul, cyber security index have characterized the obvious significant implication between the three sub indexes.
