대학원의 영역별 만족도 조사에 관한 연구

Study on the Satisfaction Survey in Graduate School

대학 또는 대학원은 기본적으로 고객인 학생들의 수요를 파악하고 교육과정 전반을 통해 이들을 만족시켜줄 의무가 있고, 그래야만 경쟁구조 속에서 발전을 기대할 수 있다. 일반적으로 학생들의 만족도를 평가하기 위하여 대학원의 경우 개별 교과목에 대한 강의평가를 실시한다. 그러나 강의평가는 그 목적이 강의 그 자체에 국한되어 있다. 이에 따라 강의평가는 전반적인 대학원의 만족도에 대한 조사이기보다는 개별 교과목의 수업 평가에 국한하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이에 학생들의 수요 파악 및 교육과정 전반에 대한 종합적인 대학원 만족도 조사는 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학원 학생들의 학사운영을 포함한 제반사항에 대한 만족도를 파악하는 데 있으며, 본 연구 결과는 대학원 정책의 방향설정과 발전계획의 수립을 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

An university or graduate school must grasp demand of students basically. And they have duty to satisfy these through course of study whole. Usually, execute lecture evaluation for individual subject to estimate satisfaction of students at graduate school. But, lecture evaluation was limited the purpose to itself. Therefore, synthetic graduate school satisfaction survey can talk that is very important. Graduate school satisfaction survey can know demand grasping of students and whole course of study. Purpose of this study is grasping satisfaction for all sorts of item including students’ university graduate operation. Also, this study result may utilize to basic data for direction establishment of graduate school policy and establishment of development plan.
