지도자의 리더십이 구성원의 효능감, 조직몰입, 구전효과에 미치는 영향 연구

A Study on the Influence of Leadership Types on Sense of Efficacy, Organizational Commitment and Word-of-Mouse Effect

본 연구는 지도자의 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십이 구성원의 효능감에, 그리고 조직몰입과 구전효과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 변수 간 인과관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 각 변수들에 대한 설문을 하였으며, AMOS ver.18.0 통계프로그램으로 분석하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 검증하였다. 연구결과 (1)담임목사의 변혁적 리더십은 평신도지도자의 효능감에 유의적인 영향을 확인 할 수 있었으나 담임목사의 서번트 리더십은 평신도지도자의 효능감에 유의적인 영향을 주지 못해 기각되는 것을 알 수 있었다. (2)평신도지도자의 효능감은 조직몰입과 구전효과 모두에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. (3)담임목사의 변혁적 리더십은 평신도지도자의 조직몰입에는 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있지 않았으나 평신도지도자의 구전효과에서는 영향이 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. (4)담임목사의 서번트 리더십은 평신도지도자의 조직몰입에는 유의적인 영향을 확인할 수 있었으나 구전효과에는 영향을 주지 못해 기각되는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The aim of this study was to discover the differences and effects between the transformational leadership and the servant leadership upon efficacy of lay leaders by finding out how these two influence lay leaders in the following aspects: a sense of efficacy, organizational commitment, and the word-of-mouth effect. In this survey, it drew up a questionnaire for each variable and analyzed with a statistical software, AMOS version 18.0, was verified through confirmatory factor analysis and the structural equation model. The following are the results of this survey after applying the above process. First, considering the effects of the pastors’ transformational leadership on the lay leaders’ sense of efficacy, the former had meaningful impact. Second, the lay leaders’ sense of efficacy clearly showed significant impact on word-of-mouth effect. Third, as for the pastors’ transformational leadership on lay leaders’ word-of-mouth effect. it indicated definite influence. However, it showed little to no influence. Fourth, it was ascertained that the pastors’ servant leadership on lay leaders’ sense of efficacy was able to have an effect but wasn’t able to have an effect on word-of-mouth effect.
