A Case Study of Japanese Lesson for Teaching Profession

本研究は、日本語教師志望者のために設置されている教職科目における 実践を考察したものである。教職課程が開講されている韓国の大学では、 良い教師を育成するために理論的な研究や実践が行われているが、本研究ではより多角的な方法論研究のために試みた授業実践の一つであり、特に日語日文学専攻者がより効果的に活用できるように適用した授業事例の報告である。本授業は、実際に学生が教育実習を行う前に、模擬授業を実施し、効果的な授業づくりができるような結果を創出するかを目的とした。この授業を通して学生たちは、良い授業というのは何か、そして、良い教師になるためにはどうすべきかなど、授業に対する自らの省察に基づいて考えることができた。本調査では、授業実践から基礎資料を提供したという点で意義があるといえる。今後、さまざまな授業実践を通して予備教師の教職課程に有効な授業モデルを提示して、それらの分析をふまえて、実践的な提案に重点を置いて研究を進めていきたい。

This research is to study the effectiveness of job training systems for future Japanese language teachers. In Korea, effective training programs for future teachers are already well established. This study analyzes one of many approaches of training systems for those who major in Japanese language and literature. This study will provide the experience in teaching others before they actually start to teach students. Through this study, participants will have the opportunity to experience teaching and discover what it takes to become an effective teacher. This study provides basic study materials and lessons in how to become an effective role model for future teachers. It provides practical methods of training future teachers.
