A Case Report on Treating Right Leg 2nd Degree Burn with V Pharmacopuncture (Yakchim)

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report a case of 2nd degree burn treated with V pharmacopuncture(yakchim). Methods : One patient with 2nd degree burn on her right leg was treated with V pharmacopuncture (Yakchim). V pharamacopuncture (Yakchim) was injected at the site of burnt skin with 0.1 cc at one point, 1.2 cc in total amount per each session. Pictures were taken throughout the whole procedure to compare after day after day as well as to see the whole progress throughout the sessions. Results and Conclusions : V pharmacopuncture (Yakchim) may be effective in treating burn, however, more study is needed in the near future.
