EBSi 수능방송에서 이러닝서비스 만족도가 학업성취도에 미치는 변화에 관한 연구

Relation between Academic Achievement and Satisfaction of e-learning System

본 연구는 EBSi 수능방송을 활용하여 학습하는 고3학생들에 대하여 학업성취도와 EBSi의 이러닝서비스 만족도의 관계를 분석하였다. 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 선행연구로부터 ‘시스템 편의성’, ‘학습내용 만족도’, ‘지원서비스 만족도’, ‘상호작용(교수-학습자, 학습자-학습자) 만족도’ 등 4개 요인으로 설정하였고, 본 연구에서는 이들 요인들과 이러닝서비스 만족도의 관계를 분석하였으며 본 연구에서도 밀접하게 관련이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이를 분석하기 위한 방법으로 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과를 활용하였으며, EBSi 수능방송은 4개 요인 중에서 ‘시스템 편의성’은 학생들의 학업성취도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

There are 4 factors that we define and categorize for evaluating e-learning system satisfaction, For the study on relation between academic achievement and those 4 factors, We investigated four factors affecting the academic achievement of 12th grade students who took lectures provided by EBSi e-learning services. The four satisfaction factors are convenience of use, supportive functions, interactivity functions, and quality of learning contents. Our study focuses which factor should have affected in academic achievement. The results of the study provide a basis on the relationships between academic achievement and taking EBSi e-learning lecture services for the 12th grade students.
