간호교육의 성과 측정을 위한 평가요소 개발

Development and Validation of Nursing Education Performance Items

본 연구는 대학교육의 일환인 간호교육을 통하여 학생들에게 전반적으로 육성해야 하는 능력, 즉 포괄적인 간호교육의 성과를 확인하고 이를 측정하기 위한 평가요소를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 간호교육기관의 교육목표분석, 간호교육과 일반적인 대학교육의 성과에 대한 선행연구 고찰, 그리고 임상간호현장 전문가들에게 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과 문제해결능력, 글로벌 역량, 관리능력, 발전된 능력, 전문성과 윤리, 기본능력, 비판적 사고력의 7개 영역, 26개 평가요소가 개발되었고, 타당도와 신뢰도가 검증되었다. 또한 교육과정에서 특별히 학생들의 간호지식, 인성, 윤리의식, 간호전문직업관, 간호기술을 육성하는데 중점을 두어야 할 것임을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 개발된 포괄적인 간호교육 성과평가요소는 대학교육 전반에 걸쳐 학생들에게 육성해야 할 다측면적 관점들이 포함되어 있으므로 향후 교육기관들이 간호교육과정을 수립하고 평가하는데 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop and validate critical elements for a nursing education performance evaluation. Methods : The procedure included construction of a conceptual framework, generation of initial items, verification of content validity by experts, selection of secondary items, pre-test to confirm important degree of preliminary items and extraction of final items. Results : 26 critical items were selected for final stage and categorized into seven factors; problem solving, globalization, management, advanced competency, profession & ethics, fundamental competency and critical thinking. The reliability was 0.786 of Cronbach’s alpha. Conclusion : This nursing education performance items of this study were demonstrated acceptable validity and reliability. It can be used to evaluate nursing education performance and to reform curriculum.
