인공신장실에 근무하는 간호사의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식과 수행자신감

The Knowledge and Self-confidence to Perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation of Hemodialysis Nurses in Private Clinics

본 연구는 의원 인공신장실에 근무하는 간호사의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식과 수행자신감을 파악하기 위한 횡단적 조사이다. 서울시에 소재한 의원 인공신장실에서 근무하는 간호사 248명을 대상으로 심폐소생술에 대한 지식 및 수행자신감에 대한 자가보고 질문지를 사용하여 2010년 7월 15일부터 8월 27일까지 방문조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SAS 9.2를 이용하여 분석하였다. 심폐소생술 지식 점수는 20점 만점에 10.73점이었으며, 심폐소생술 수행자신감은 10점 만점의 6.79점이었다. 심폐소생술 지식과 수행자신감 간에는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며(r=.155, p=.015), 심폐소생술에 대한 수행자신감에 유의하게 영향을 미친 요인은 임상에서 심폐소생술 경험 유무, 총 간호사근무경력, 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 심폐소생술에 대한 교육 경험 여부였다. 따라서 의원 인공신장실에 근무하는 간호사들에게 적합한 심폐소생술 교육을 개발하고 이를 제공하여 심폐소생술에 대한 지식과 자신감을 향상시키며, 이를 통해 심폐소생술 수행 능력을 높이는 것이 필요하다.

This cross-sectional descriptive study was to evaluate the CPR knowledge and the self-confidence to perform CPR of hemodialysis nurses working in private clinics. The subjects of this study were 248 hemodialysis nurses working in private clinics in Seoul and they were asked to complete self-administration questionnaires, which included the CPR knowledge and the self-confidence to perform CPR. Collected data were analyzed using SAS version 9.2 software. The mean score of the CPR knowledge was 10.73 of a maximum of 20 and the mean score of self-confidence to perform CPR was 6.79 of a maximum of 10. The CPR knowledge was positively correlated with the self-confidence to perform CPR (r=.155, p=.015), and the self-confidence to perform CPR was affected by CPR experience, CPR knowledge, total career length, and CPR learning experience. The finding of this study suggest that CPR education program should be provided to hemodialysis nurses working in private clinics.
